Meals are not included with hotel registration. Full conference registration (adult and children) includes the following meals: Breakfast (Sat/Sun); All Breaks; Cocktail parties – Show your Spirit Icebreaker (Fri); Reception for DGE Claudia Cannady (Sat); and Gala Banquet (Sat).

Lunch meals on Fri/Sat and Fiday dinner meal are not included – on your own.

Registration Cost and Deadlines:

The Conference Committee has set a price of $210 – before 4/30/18 and $220 – until 5/4/18. Register before Tax Day, April 15 and you will receive special items in your conference gift bag.

Late Registration begins April 30 and the $10 late fee is assessed. Deadline for all registrations is May 4, 2018.

Spouse/Guest Registration: If fully registered, your spouse/guest will be able to participate in all conference events and meals.

Saturday Banquet Only Registration: Available only to non-Rotarian spouses or guests who accompany a registered Rotarian partner. Cost is $120.

Children Registration: Children Registration: under 5 Free; 6-12 = $80; 13-18 = $125

Registration Cancellations: Any changes to registration, cancellations, or requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Rotary District Office. All refunds will have a $25 processing fee per person registered. Requests for refund for optional activities is subject to when the cancellation is made. All requests for refunds must be made within 5 calendar days following the conference.

Business Casual throughout the entire conference except Saturday Evening Events (DGE Reception and Gala Banquet). Casual Dress (you are highly encouraged to wear your favorite sports team shirt or jersey) for the Welcome Reception – Show Your Team Spirit. For Saturday evening events – Suit or tuxedo for men (black tie optional); evening or formal dress for women.
