From US-311 and Business I-85 in High Point, take Business I-85 west for 15.2 miles. Take Business US-70/Business US-29 (Lexington/Asheboro exit). Continue past the US-64 east ramp, and 1.5 miles further to West 3rd AVENUE (NOT West 3rd Street!! Streets cross Main Street before Lexington town square. Avenues cross Main Street after the square.) Turn right onto West 3rd Avenue. YMCA is on the left side of the road. The entrance is on the street, not from the parking lot.
