Meals:
Your conference registration includes your Friday evening dinner, Saturday evening
District Governor’s reception, Saturday evening banquet and all conference
breaks.
If you are staying at the Grove Park Inn we have arranged for
your Conference Breakfast to be included for all guests in your room each night
you are there.
Two
drink tickets are also included per registration that can be used at any of the
evening meal functions or receptions.
- All
lunches are on your own - but a box lunch option is available for purchase
on the registration page for all guests playing golf or going off property on
a tour.
- Attire
- Resort casual or business casual is appropriate dress for all general sessions
and the Friday evening dinner.
The Saturday evening banquet is Black-Tie
optional but strongly encouraged.
- Conference
Schedule - We will start promptly on Friday at 1:30pm so please schedule your
travel time to arrive no later that 11:00am as to allow for you to get checked
in to your room, register for the conference and enjoy a fantastic lunch at one
of the many Grove Park Inn Restaurants.
- Kids?
- As always, children are welcome at all the District Conference functions and
also are eligible for a reduced registration fee.
The Grove Park Inn
has a variety of children’s programs and baby sitting service available which
can be arranged by calling their concierge. Pre-registration is required; call
828-252-2711, ext. 1046.
- Fun
Run - On Saturday, April 24th, join fellow Rotarians for a 5K Fun Run around
scenic Grove Park Inn. It's FREE.
