Single Occupancy w/ 1 Bed - $229 per night plus tax
Double Occupancy w/ 2 Beds - $229 per night plus tax
If you’re staying at the Grove Park, then your breakfast is included in your Conference registration, and not in your hotel registration.

You will need to make your Hotel Registration separate from your Conference Registration. An advance deposit of one night's room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation. Hotel reservations can be made online or by phone.

Please register early:

Reservations need to be made by March 24, 2010. After that date, rooms may not be available and our group rate may not apply.

Check in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. All Guest arriving early will be accommodated as rooms are available. The hotel can store you luggage while waiting on your room while you attend the Friday afternoon Plenary Session.

Any Hotel Cancellation must be made seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or one nights deposit will be forfeited.

Directions: From I-26 or I-40, take I-240 into Asheville. Take exit 5B, Charlotte Street. Proceed north on Charlotte Street for approximately .7 mile. Turn right on Macon Avenue and continue for .8 mile. The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa entrance will be to your left.
